You will report to Sourcing Excellence Senior Manager in the Sourcing department based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

Your Mission

As an Integrated Sourcing Process Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping and deploying our global Integrated Sourcing Processes (ISP) across the entire Sourcing organization. From demand and market analysis to supplier implementation and continuous performance improvement, you will BE responsible for designing frameworks, guidelines, and tools that enable a consistent, efficient, and value-driven approach for our global sourcing teams.

By ensuring consistent execution of these processes, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen compliance, and empower the sourcing teams to deliver maximum value across the supply base.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design and deployment of the Integrated Sourcing Processes across the global sourcing organization, ensuring effective adoption at all stages : demand & market analysis, strategy development, supplier selection, contracting, implementation, and performance management.
- Ensure the integration of sourcing processes into the broader sourcing strategy, aligning with business objectives and risk management goals. Monitor adoption and effectiveness, and proactively address challenges or barriers.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure sourcing teams are fully equipped to execute the processes. Additionally, build and maintain a knowledge base of materials, resources, and case studies to support global teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise in category management and collaborating with key stakeholders to continuously improve sourcing practices.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the ISP, identify opportunities for optimization, and collect feedback from sourcing teams and stakeholders to support data-driven improvements.

Note : This is a strategic role. IT does not involve direct supplier negotiations or operational sourcing tasks.

What About You?
- Education & Experience : You hold a relevant degree and have at least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing within a globally operating company.
- Process Management : You have a proven track record in designing and implementing sourcing processes, driving operational efficiency, and managing change and improvement initiatives.
- Training & Enablement : You are skilled in stakeholder collaboration, training delivery, and mentoring, with a strong attention to detail.
- Results Orientation : You are driven by purpose and results, with a global mindset and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Communication & Language Skills : You communicate clearly and effectively, build trust, and foster accountability. Fluency in English is required; German and/or French are considered strong assets.
